Provided is a cooking ware capable of making the thickness of a cover which exposes out thinner. The cooking ware comprises a pot accommodating in the internal part of a cooling wire main body; a cover in a hollow structure capable of opening and closing an upper opening portion of the cooking ware body; an internal cover mounted on the cover in such a way that the internal cover is capable of sealing the upper opening; a pressure adjustment valve, which opens and closes through a steam discharging hole disposed at the internal cover to adjust the pressure of in the pot; and a solenoid, which makes a plugging rod to move back and forth, so as to drive the pressure adjustment valve to act, wherein the internal cover has a pot shape the bottom of which is shallow than the pot, and the solenoid is arranged in such a way that the plugging rod is below the lower part of the upper end of a flange portion of the internal cover, when the cover seals the upper opening of the cooking ware body. |
