The bearing (5) has external and internal rings (9, 10) with bearing tracks provided on internal and external circular surfaces (9b, 10b), respectively. Rollers (5a) are equipped in a bearing chamber (E1) defined between the tracks. A cage (5b) is equipped with an annular axial portion (5c) defined between two radial edges (5e, 5f). Windows (5d) are placed on the portion for housing the rollers. Axial thrusts (9c, 9d) are provided for the rollers and mounted in the cage. One of the radial edges is equipped with one of protrusions (5g, 5i) to make contact with one of the axial thrusts. An independent claim is also included for a unidirectional clutch type mechanical system for a motor vehicle.
