PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a PLD that has a small number of switches and high reliability.SOLUTION: The PLD includes: first to third columns each having a plurality of LEs; pluralities of first to third wires fed with signals output from the first to third columns of LEs, respectively; a plurality of fourth wires fed with signals input into the second column of LEs, respectively; a plurality of sets each having at least a first switch and a second switch selectively turned on or off according to a potential of a node fed with a signal via the first switch; a fifth wire fed with a predetermined potential; and a third switch for controlling an electrical connection between the plurality of fourth wires and the fifth wire. The pluralities of first to third wires are each disposed between the first column and the second column or between the second column and the third column. In one of the plurality of sets selected according to the signal, the second switch turns on to connect one of the plurality of first to third wires and one of the plurality of fourth wires. |
