PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a heating cooker the usability of which is improved while suppressing cost increase, and the reliability of which is improved, and to obtain a control method thereof.SOLUTION: A heating cooker 1 includes a first heating section 3-a for cooking a first cooking product 91-a, a second heating section 3-b for cooking a second cooking product 91-b, and a control section for controlling the heating operation of the first heating section 3-a and the heating operation of the second heating section 3-b. The control section acquires first cooking completion required time, i.e., the time required until completion of cooking the first cooking product 91-a in the first heating section 3-a, and changes a second cooking completion timing, i.e., the timing for completing the cooking of the second cooking product 91-b in the second heating section 3-b, by controlling the heating operation of the second heating section 3-b depending on the first cooking completion required time. |
