PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foam cosmetic preparation which has excellent foamability at the time of aerosolization, excellent foam sustainability, and an excellent cleansing function to remove makeup, being able to be washed out clearly without an oily feeling remaining on the skin.SOLUTION: Disclosed is a foam cosmetic preparation which contains (A) liquid oil, (B) polyglycerol fatty acid ester in which fatty acid having 6-18 carbon atoms is esterified with polyglycerol having an average polymerization degree of 2 or more to 6 or less, and (C) liquid decaglycerol fatty acid ester in which 1-3 places of hydroxyl groups are not acylated. |
