The device has components partially or completely autonomous in energy and electricity producers integrated or connected to a dynamic micro-generation system. An electronic quality control module optimizes rendering of images for luminosity, contrasts, limitation of reflections and orientation of displays of image and/or dynamic short messages on the system. Light wells or guides (16) collecting surrounding light are closed on its surface by a transparent film or plate (17). The wells or guides are encapsulated in glass, polycarbonate, translucent silicone, resin or material to be watertight.
