PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such problems that a distance between a capacitor and a semiconductor switching element is long, an assembling property is bad, a cost is high, a unit is enlarged, and an inductance of a conductor is increased.SOLUTION: Semiconductor switching elements S1 to S10 are arranged so as to be divided into two columns based on a distance between an output terminal A and terminals P and N of a DC power source on a circuit configuration. A plurality of conductors for connecting each of the semiconductor switching elements S1 to S10 have a connection portion connected to the terminals of the semiconductor switching elements S1 to S10, an extension portion extended to a space between the columns on the terminal side of the semiconductor switching elements S1 to S10 from the connection portion, and an erected portion erected in a direction opposite to the semiconductor switching elements S1 to S10 from the end of the extension portion. The erected portion is laminated between the columns on the terminal side of the semiconductor switching elements S1 to S10, and constitutes a laminated conductor. |
