a differential inlet air temperature calculator that calculates a variation ΔTin(i), where i=1 to N, in a temperature of the air at an inlet port of the ith unit, on a basis of position information denoting a position of an ith unit and the air flow rate Q(i) through the ith unit; a temperature sensitivity calculator that calculates temperature sensitivity a(i, j) denoting a value obtained by dividing the variation ΔTin(i) by a variation ΔTout(j) in a temperature of air at an outlet port of the jth unit; an inlet air temperature calculator that calculates the temperature Tin(i) of the air at the inlet port of the ith unit on a basis of an air temperature Tout(j) at an outlet port of a jth unit and the calculated temperature sensitivity a(i, j); a maximum value determiner that determines a maximum value M of the temperature Tin(i); and an air conditioner controller that controls temperatures of air conditioners to prevent the maximum value M from exceeding a predetermined threshold value.
