Provided are a production method and a production device for crimped terminals, whereby a good state of conduction between the conductive body part of a coated electrical wire and the crimped terminal can be achieved. The output density and the sweeping velocity of the laser light irradiated from the laser tooling head (61) is adjusted and sputter (S) scattered from a welding section (W) in the abutting interface (Td) in the pre-weld crimped terminal (Tb) attaches to an inside surface of the pre-weld crimped terminal (Tb).
