The piston (1) has cylinder drum (2) that is provided on housing-fixed control surface (5). A pressure medium inlet (8) and pressure medium outlet (9) are connected to drum. A supporting portion (23) is arranged at engine piston (4). A slide shoe (21) is supported in articulated manner to eccentric portion (20), and engine piston is provided with hold-down unit (25). A spring unit (30) is provided with two different spring pressing concepts in spring (31,35) to press drum to control surface, and to positive low-mount engine piston to eccentric portion. The piston has cylinder drum that is rotationally fixed to a drive shaft (15) that is extended by a recess portion (14). A piston recess portion (3) is formed with an axis of rotation (D). The engine piston is supported on the eccentric portion.
