<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular cowl structure which absorbs an impact load efficiently, without bridging of a cowl panel in proximity of a bonnet, when the rear part of the bonnet deforms and moves to the lower side under an impact load applied to the bonnet from above.SOLUTION: A vehicular cowl structure comprises: lower end part 2a of a front window panel 2 of a vehicle; a seal mounting part 8 which is a cowl top cover 6 arranged between an upper end part 4a of a dash panel 4 and a rear end part 3a of a bonnet 3 and supports the rear end part 3a of the bonnet 3 through a sealing material 7; a vertical wall part 9 which is formed in the lower-side LWR, with the rear end part 8a of the seal mounting part 8 as the starting point 5; and a panel mounting part 10a which is supported in the upper end part 4a of the dash panel 4. The vertical wall part 9 consists of a first slope part 12 which is formed in the rear-side RR at a specified angleθ1 relative to a reference perpendicular line 11, with the rear end part 8a of the seal mounting part 8 as the starting point 5, and a second slope part 13 which is formed in the front-side FR of the first slope part 12 in a bent form.</p> |
