PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and safely attain proper laying of a waterproof sheet, by easily eliminating wrinkles in laying and easily and reliably laying the waterproof sheet in a predetermined position without depending only on skilled skill of an operator. ! SOLUTION: In a laying method of a waterproof sheet 10 provided for fixedly laying the waterproof sheet 10 on a sheet joining member 12 installed in a building frame 1 of a structure, the roll-like waterproof sheet 10 is expanded by rolling to an installation place, and the waterproof sheet 10 is laid while joining to the sheet joining member 12 with every installation place of the sheet joining member 12.
