PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable vehicles which are operated by persons sharing the same tastes to communicate with each other as necessary when those vehicles exist in a predetermined range. ! SOLUTION: Information on the other specific vehicles V2 existing in a predetermined range from an own vehicle V1 and information on advertisement target facilities are transmitted from a base station C to the specific vehicles. During the assembly of those mutual specific vehicles, when specific vehicles V1 and V2 reach a facility G as a destination selected from among the advertisement target facilities, advertisement charge is generated. !
