PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spectrometry and a spectral device capable of simply, quickly and accurately detecting and identifying a substance. ! SOLUTION: A sample is analyzed by: a first step of placing a sample between electrode pairs to which direct current voltage V is applied; a second step of measuring a value of direct current I which flows between the electrode pairs, while changing the direct current voltage V; and a third step of determining a value Vp 1 of the direct current voltage V when a gradient of an I-V curve changes. !
