PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seismic isolation device, a replacement method of a seismic isolation structure and a load adjustment method of the seismic isolation structure. ! SOLUTION: A seismic isolation device includes: a seismic isolation structure section which is arranged between a superstructure and a substructure and fulfills a seismic isolation function; and a height adjustment section which is arranged either between the seismic isolation structure section and the superstructure or between the seismic isolation structure section and the substructure and can deform in a height direction with fluid injected therein or discharged therefrom. The height adjustment section has: a case which forms a fluid space where the fluid is positioned and can deform; and a connector which is communicated with the fluid space, connected to external fluid supply means and exposed to an outside. !
