PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent deformation, such as warp, generated in a resin product and members composing the resin product after processing. ! SOLUTION: A heat-softened substrate film 60 together with a heat-softened cover sheet 50 is pressed to a preform core 45 to deform the substrate film 60 and the cover sheet 50. In a first cooling step, the substrate film 60 and the cover sheet 50 are cooled, in a state of pressing them to the preform core 45, to a level capable of maintaining a state where the deformed substrate film 60 is covered with the deformed cover sheet 50. The substrate film 60 and the cover sheet 50 having been subjected to the first cooling step are taken out from the preform core 45. While maintaining a state where the taken-out substrate film 60 is covered with the substrate film 60, the substrate film 60 and the cover sheet 50 are further cooled in a second cooling step.
