PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image recording support device, an image recording device and program capable of suppressing positional deviation of an image between both surfaces caused by a defective recording medium being discarded during a period of transition from a printing process to a first surface to a printing process to a second surface, in a case that printing is performed to both surfaces of the recording media by printing one surface of plural recording media at a time. ! SOLUTION: When a detection part 36 detects defects of an image when first surfaces of plural recording media are a printing object, an applying part 38 applies defective item information indicating, to each of a group of the recording media, that a recording medium held first to a recording medium held last by a holding part 42 holding a recording medium on which defects of an image is detected during one cycle of the holding part 42 are defective items. !
