This invention enables comprehensive assessment of the condition of a subject on the basis of the measurement results measured by a body water meter. The present invention is a body water meter that measures water content within the body of a living subject, the body water meter characterized by comprising: an instructing means that, when water content data is obtained by measuring the water content of the body of the living subject, issues an instruction to search for other data at a server that manages data related to biological information of the subject, the other data having been obtained by measuring biological information other than the water content of the subject and meeting designated measurement conditions; and an output means that outputs a message indicating the condition of the subject assessed on the basis of the aforementioned water content data for the subject and of the other data for the subject received in response to the instructions of the aforementioned instructing means. |
