The present invention provides mouth spray composition and a manufacturing method thereof. The mouth spray composition includes cypress extracts extracted by decompressing cypress using a solution; essential oil extracted by distilling cypress through steaming; medicinal herb extracts extracted by decompressing medicinal herbs using a solution; and at least one among basic additives of the composition such as a sweetening agent, a coloring agent, a flavoring agent, a pH adjuster, and a wetting agent.
