The present invention relates to a system for business distribution of a debt collection company and more specifically to a bond distribution system and a method for providing the same, which is capable of equally distributing the number of bonds or the amount of bonds to be distributed to managers who should collect debts, thereby minimizing the difference between incentives for achievement of debt collection by managers. In more detail, the present invention relates to a system for distributing debt collection services to managers, the system comprising a bond database for storing bond information; a manager database for storing manager information; a distribution condition unit for receiving conditions of bonds to be extracted, conditions of managers to be extracted, and a predetermined distribution ratio to be applied to bond distribution; a bond extraction unit for inquiring of bonds to be collected from the bond database and extracting the bonds therefrom; a manager extraction unit for inquiring of two or more managers to be distributed to which the bonds to be collected are to be distributed, from the manager database, and extracting the managers therefrom; a bond distribution unit for applying the distribution ratio to the managers to be distributed to distribute the bonds to be collected thereto; and a present bond condition unit for providing collection bond information including present distribution conditions by managers to be distributed by distribution of the bonds to be collected by the bond distribution unit, present collection conditions by managers to be distributed, and distribution/collection statistics data.
