The present invention relates to a workpiece supply device for an eyeglass frame and an eyeglass frame processing device having the same. The workpiece supply device for an eyeglass frame comprises a side pressing and fixing unit for holding a workpiece not to be moved by applying force to the edge of a workpiece; a lens hole pressing and fixing unit having a chuck divided into multiple portions to be narrowed and widened, and allowing the chuck to be in contact with the inner wall of the lens hole so as to fix the workpiece by widening the chuck after the chuck is inserted into the lens hole formed on the workpiece to position the lens of an eyeglass; a fixing unit direction changer on which the side pressing and fixing unit and the lens hole pressing and fixing unit are fixed to change the heading direction of the side pressing and fixing unit and the lens hole pressing and fixing unit; a fixing part changing clamp for holding the workpiece separated from the side pressing and fixing unit by holding the edge of the workpiece fixed on the side pressing and fixing unit; and a direction changer moving unit capable of moving the fixing unit direction converter to the fixing part changing clamp or a processing position. The workpiece supply device for an eyeglass frame according to the present invention can reduce fraction defective by firmly fixing the workpiece using the fixing unit direction converter and can automatically changing the fixed position of the workpiece depending on processes.
