PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems that operations of a plurality of workers cannot be simultaneously supported since an object for one time of operation support is limited to one terminal although operation support can be performed for an acquaintance on a remote site, the number of times of operations may be increased proportionally for a person who supports operation in the case where there are a lot of operation contents to be explained since it is necessary to operate a mobile phone for each operation content to be supported, a possibility to cut connection in the middle of the operation explanation may become high since it is necessary to generate data communication from a controlling terminal through a remote control server to a controlled terminal for each operation for support, and the operation explanation cannot be performed since communication is disabled in the case of movement to a communication disabled area.SOLUTION: In order to solve the problems, in the present invention, an operation instruction using a GUI is converted into SMS and transmitted to a terminal. In such a case, the operation instruction is stored in the terminal and then displayed on a screen. |
