PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lamp for a vehicle which monitors failure of LEDs of respective systems with each other.SOLUTION: A lamp for a vehicle includes first and second light source units 10a, 10b in parallel. A first circuit part 20a supplies an electric current to the first light source unit 10a from a power source voltage. A second circuit 20b supplies the electric current to the second light source unit 10b from the power source voltage. Each of the first circuit and second circuit includes an electric current control part which controls the electric current supplied to the light source unit; a failure detection part which detects failure of the light source unit; an abnormality notifying part which outputs an abnormality signal to the electric current control part and an external circuit when the failure is detected by the failure detection part; and an external signal informing part in which the external signal is input and which informs the electric current control part of the input external signal. The first circuit 20a and the second circuit 20b are mutually connected to the abnormality notifying part of the one circuit and the external signal informing part of the other circuit. |
