PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive and versatile X-ray inspection device capable of being used even when a pocket part accommodating a tablet or the like is rectangular or circular.SOLUTION: An X-ray transmission image IM of a package sheet and contents is generated on the basis of a detected X-ray transmission signal. After a package sheet region F is identified from the X-ray transmission image IM, the region F is divided to identify individual package areas F1. Then, an ideal reference position C1 of each of the identified package areas F1 is compared with a centroid position C2 of an X-ray transmission image m of contents, and the quality of the package sheet is determined. |
