PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To collapse both ends of a pipe which has been subjected to burring processing at the same time, prevent strain of the pipe due to pressure applied during collapse, and prevent deformation of a burring hole.SOLUTION: A pair of pins 3, 3 for preventing deformation of a burring hole and for positioning a pipe, and being inserted into the burring hole Pb disposed near both ends of the pipe P and lifting up and down at optional timing, are disposed on a center of a machine base 2. On the machine base 2, a pair of clamps 11, 11 going forward and backward at optional timing, holding the pipe supported by the pair of pins 3, 3 and covering the whole periphery of the pipe when they are going forward are disposed with their pressure applying surfaces made into semicircular shapes. In addition, on the machine base 2, a pair of pressure punches 12, 12 going forward and backward at optional timing, collapsing the predetermined position of both ends of the pipe supported by the pair of pins when they are going forward, and formed of the pair of parallel punch parts 12A, 12A are disposed. |
