SOLUTION: A treatment agent for an elastic fiber containing one or two or more selected from a mineral oil, a silicone oil and an ester oil in an amount of 90 to 99.99 mass% and an organic phosphorus acid ester alkali metal salt in an amount of 0.01 to 10 mass% (total 100 mass%) is used; and the organic phosphorus acid ester alkali metal salt includes a specific organic phosphorus acid ester A and an alkali metal salt of a specific organic phosphorus acid ester B in a ratio A/B of 10/90 to 50/50 (mass ratio). !
