DOSING REGIMENS FOR TREATMENT OF CEA-EXPRESSING CANCERS

The present disclosure provides compositions and methods for treating CEA-expressing cancers. Methods for dosing a patient with an antibody that binds to CEA and human CD3 are also provided.

A method for treating a CEA-expressing cancer, comprising administering to a human patient in need of treatment a protein composition, which protein composition comprises an antibody comprising a first binding domain that binds to human CD3 and a second binding domain that binds to human CEA, which antibody is provided at a dose of 1.5 mg per day, 1.5 mg to 3 mg per day, 3 mg to 5 mg per day, 5 mg to 7.5 mg per day or 7.5 mg to 10 mg per day on a dosing schedule comprising administering the protein composition once per day for at least one day.
