An imaging lens assembly includes, in order from an object side to an image side, a first lens element, a second lens element, a third lens element, a fourth lens element, a fifth lens element and a sixth lens element. The first lens element with positive refractive power has a convex object-side surface. The second lens element has refractive power. The third lens element has positive refractive power. The fourth lens element with negative refractive power has a concave object-side surface and a convex image-side surface. The fifth lens element with positive refractive power has a convex object-side surface, wherein the surfaces thereof are aspheric. The sixth lens element with refractive power has a convex object-side surface and a concave image-side surface, wherein the surfaces thereof are aspheric, and the sixth lens element has at least one inflection point on at least one of the surfaces thereof.

1. An imaging lens assembly comprising, in order from an object side to an image side:
a first lens element with positive refractive power having a convex object-side surface; a second lens element with refractive power; a third lens element with positive refractive power; a fourth lens element with negative refractive power having a concave object-side surface and a convex image-side surface; to a fifth lens element with positive refractive power having a convex object-side surface, wherein the object-side surface and an image-side surface of the fifth lens element are aspheric; and a sixth lens element with refractive power having a convex object-side surface and a concave image-side surface, wherein the object-side surface and the image-side surface of the sixth lens element are aspheric, and the sixth lens element has at least one inflection point on at least one of the object-side surface and the image-side surface thereof; wherein the imaging lens assembly has a total of six lens elements with refractive power, a curvature radius of the object-side surface of the fifth lens element is R9, a curvature radius of the image-side surface of the fifth lens element is R10, an axial distance between the fifth lens element and the sixth lens element is T56, a central thickness of the fifth lens element is CT5, a central thickness of the sixth lens element is CT6, and the following relationships are satisfied:
−3.0<(R9+R10)/(R9−R10)<0.30;and0<(T56+CT6)/CT5<3.0.
