An imaging lens assembly includes, in order from an object side to an image side, a first lens element, a second lens element, a third lens element, a fourth lens element, a fifth lens element and a sixth lens element. The first lens element with positive refractive power has a convex object-side surface. The second lens element has refractive power. The third lens element has positive refractive power. The fourth lens element with negative refractive power has a concave object-side surface and a convex image-side surface. The fifth lens element with positive refractive power has a convex object-side surface, wherein the surfaces thereof are aspheric. The sixth lens element with refractive power has a convex object-side surface and a concave image-side surface, wherein the surfaces thereof are aspheric, and the sixth lens element has at least one inflection point on at least one of the surfaces thereof. |

1. An imaging lens assembly comprising, in order from an object side to an image side:
a first lens element with positive refractive power having a convex object-side surface; a second lens element with refractive power; a third lens element with positive refractive power; a fourth lens element with negative refractive power having a concave object-side surface and a convex image-side surface; to a fifth lens element with positive refractive power having a convex object-side surface, wherein the object-side surface and an image-side surface of the fifth lens element are aspheric; and a sixth lens element with refractive power having a convex object-side surface and a concave image-side surface, wherein the object-side surface and the image-side surface of the sixth lens element are aspheric, and the sixth lens element has at least one inflection point on at least one of the object-side surface and the image-side surface thereof; wherein the imaging lens assembly has a total of six lens elements with refractive power, a curvature radius of the object-side surface of the fifth lens element is R9, a curvature radius of the image-side surface of the fifth lens element is R10, an axial distance between the fifth lens element and the sixth lens element is T56, a central thickness of the fifth lens element is CT5, a central thickness of the sixth lens element is CT6, and the following relationships are satisfied:
−3.0<(R9+R10)/(R9−R10)<0.30;and0<(T56+CT6)/CT5<3.0. |
