A first message is output if the resource balance is less than or equal to the low value or the device total is greater than or equal to the very low value. A second message is output if the resource balance is less than or equal to the very low value or the device total is greater than or equal to the very low value. Use of the device or resource is stopped until a user acknowledges the second message.
