This system is provided with: a first heat exchanger (16) which is interposed at the intersection (A) of a rich solution supply line (L1) and a lean solution supply line (L2) and which exchanges heat between a regenerated absorption solution (lean solution (12B)) and an absorption solution (the rich solution (12A)) which has absorbed CO2 and H2S drawn from the bottom part (13c) of an absorption tower (13); a second heat exchanger (17) which is interposed at the intersection (B) between a semi-rich solution supply line (L3) and a branch line (L4) branching at a branch section (C) from the lean solution supply line and which exchanges heat between the lean solution (12B) and a semi-rich solution (12C)) which has absorbed CO2 and H2S drawn from near the middle section of the absorption tower; a merge section (D) where the branch line (L4) supplying the lean solution after heat exchange is merged with the lean solution supply line (L2); and a flow regulator valve (31) which is interposed in the aforementioned lean solution supply line (L2) and which regulates the distribution amount of the lean solution (12B).
