A display device, comprising: an array substrate and a colour film substrate, wherein the array substrate comprises data lines (1) in a peripheral circuit area, and the colour film substrate comprises common electrodes. A part of the common electrodes of the colour film substrate corresponding to the peripheral circuit area which corresponds to the array substrate comprise: a plurality of strip-shaped electrodes (3). The strip-shaped electrodes (3) are separated from each other, extended along the length direction of the data lines, and overlapped with the data lines (1), and two adjacent strip-shaped electrodes (3) of the plurality of strip-shaped electrodes (3) overlapped with each data line (1) are connected through a bypass electrode (4) which is basically not overlapped with the data line (1). When data lines (1) are broken-circuited or short-circuited with common electrodes, independent strip-shaped electrodes (3) can be used to repair the data lines (1), so as to enable the circuit to normally operate.
