The present invention relates to an organ lifting device for a laparoscopic surgery which has a simple composition and easily lifts organs to easily provide sight and space for a surgery, thereby providing surgical convenience, easy installation and removal, and a strong lifting force, and which is characterized by comprising a lifting body in a cylindrical shape; a lifter penetrating into the fascia forming the abdominal walls inside the lifting body to generate a lifting force; and a lifting hanger formed to maintain a lifting means connected with the organs outside the lifting body.
