PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply device whose output value can follow an output target value with high accuracy.SOLUTION: A power supply device includes: a plurality of power supply circuits 111, 112 connected to a common output terminal 161; and a control circuit 150 which controls output of the plurality of power supply circuits 111, 112 so that an output value of the output terminal 161 follows an output target value of the output terminal 161. When a deviation of a predetermined value or less occurs between the output value of the output terminal 161 and an output target value of the output terminal 161, the control circuit 150 changes output of some of the plurality of power supply circuits 111, 112. |
