<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medicine for treatment of bladder cancer, colon cancer, liver cancer, lung cancer, breast cancer, vaginal cancer, ovarian cancer, pancreas cancer, kidney cancer, stomach cancer, gastrointestinal cancer, prostate cancer, head and neck cancer, peritoneal cavity cancer, thyroid cancer, bone cancer, cerebral cancer, central nervous system cancer and/or hematologic cancer, and/or for treatment of myelodysplastic syndrome, systemic mastocytosis, von Hippel-Lindau syndrome, multicentric Castleman's disease and/or psoriasis.SOLUTION: In order for treatment of diseases and the like described in the above problems, 5-(2,4-dihydroxy-5-isopropyl-phenyl)-4-(4-morpholine-4-ylmethyl-phenyl)-isoxazole-3-carboxylic acid ethylamide or a tautomer, pharmaceutically acceptable salt, hydrate or solvate thereof is used.</p> |
