PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper holder that can send out a tip of a roll paper by a simple operation and has a simple structure.SOLUTION: A paper holder includes: a roll loading unit 2 capable of suspending a roll paper R wound to a cylindrical core material S having a cavity K for suspension in a core receiving body 4 provided at a base 1 in parallel and horizontally to the base 1; and a paper cutting unit 5 vertically pivotable through a pivot 7 provided to a roll supporting unit 3, and capable of cutting the front side paper P of the roll paper R with a paper cutting blade 5a provided at the tip. A roll delivery unit 8 has a check surface 9a having a small resistance in the direction of sending the tip of the paper P and having a large resistance to the reverse direction with respect to an outer circumferential surface of the roll paper R. The roll delivery unit 8 is mounted to be always abuttable with the backside surface of the roll paper R. A roll pressing unit 6 capable of pushing up the roll paper R while abutting with a front side upper surface part of the outer circumferential surface of the roll paper R is provided at the tip of the paper cutting unit 5. |
