PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a weight sensor having a load transmission part disposed in an axial direction of a cylindrical strain element capable of preventing characteristic variation at manufacturing stage.SOLUTION: The weight sensor comprises strain resistance patterns 8, 9, 10 and 11 disposed on a peripheral surface of a cylindrical strain element 1. The layout of the patterns is arranged so that the strain resistance patterns 8 and 9 which constitute one half bridge circuit 3a and the strain resistance patterns 10 and 11 which constitute the other half bridge circuit 3b are disposed parallel to each other in a generatrix direction at the sides opposite to each other with respect to the central axis 1a of the strain element 1; and that the distance from a strain resistance pattern 8 disposed at upper side of the strain element 1 to the upper end of the strain element 1 is different from the distance from the strain resistance pattern 11 disposed at the upper side of the strain element 1 to the upper end of the strain element 1. |
