PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cage for a rolling bearing, a rolling bearing, and a method of manufacturing such a rolling bearing, capable of improving productivity without performing high accuracy management, and securing smooth rolling of a rolling element. ! SOLUTION: A first annular portion 20 of a cage 5 includes an annular first part 30, an annular second part 31, and a fixing portion for fixing the first part 30 and the second part 31. The first annular portion 20 accommodates one end portion of a pin 23, and has a connection part accommodating portion 67 defined by a connection part accommodating groove 64 of the first part 30 and a connection part accommodating groove 65 of the second part 31.
