An organ-fastening tool according to the present invention is of the repeating type and comprises: a plurality of suture instruments, each of which comprises a rod-shaped anchoring part and a suture thread connected to the anchoring part; and a puncture needle housing a plurality of anchoring parts; wherein the plurality of anchoring parts are pushed out of the puncture needle one by one by the operation of an operation part body. The suture instruments are such that at least one of the suture threads connected to an anchoring part among the plurality of anchoring parts is inserted into the interior of the puncture needle, and the other suture threads are led out from the interior of the puncture needle to the exterior. A repeating-type organ-fastening tool according to the present invention comprises: a plurality of suture instruments, each of which comprises a rod-shaped anchoring part and a suture thread, one end of which is connected to the anchoring part; and a puncture needle housing a plurality of anchoring parts lined up in the base-end direction; wherein the plurality of anchoring parts are pushed out of the puncture needle one by one by the operation of an operation part body, and thread paths for inserting into the interior of the puncture needle the suture threads of the suture instruments stored at the distal end side are formed on the anchoring parts of the suture instruments stored in the base end side.
