<p>A method and a device for transmitting enhanced transmission selection (ETS) standard configuration information, which support guiding of a peer end to use various types of scheduling algorithms. The receiving method comprises: receiving an LLDP packet, wherein the LLDP packet adopts an ETS recommended TLV format; parsing a first field in the LLDP packet, and determining whether the value of each byte in the first field is in a preset range; when determining that the value of each byte in the first field is in the preset range, parsing the value of a first segment of bits in each byte of the first field, and determining, according to the value of the first segment of bits, a scheduling algorithm used by an inner priority of a service type corresponding to each byte of the first field; and parsing the value of a second segment of bits in each byte of the first field, and determining additional parameters corresponding to the priority. The receiving device comprises a receiving module, a first parsing module, a second parsing module, and a third parsing module. The method and device of this application can guide a peer end to implement various types of weighted scheduling algorithms.</p> |
