The present invention relates to a driving handle for switching a tap under heavy load. The operating handle, of which the purpose is to fit to the form of an insulation shaft of OLTC and an energy accumulator to facilitate work efficiency, comprises a flat part with a particular width; a slope part extending from the flat part; a second flat part extending from the slope part; and a head part of a cylinder shape with a vertical groove on the side and being integrally connected to the second flat part.
