A method for transmitting a signaling trace message is provided, which comprises: the signaling trace configuration parameters corresponding to a plurality of signaling traces are carried in the signaling trace message; the signaling trace message is transmitted to activate or maintain the signaling traces. Also an apparatus for transmitting a signaling trace message is provided. The method and apparatus can reduce the signaling interaction load of the S1 interface and thereby improve the performance of a system. |
