PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method of an optical diffraction layer lamination sheet and card by which a card having an optical diffraction structure can be easily produced.SOLUTION: There is provided a hologram lamination sheet material 20A which forms a part of a lamination structure of a card 1 by being laminated on a card base material 10, and includes: a hologram layer 22; a transparent sheet layer 30 having a larger shape than that of the hologram layer 22, and being laminated on an upper side that is one surface side of the hologram layer 22; and a laser coloring layer 15 having a larger shape than that of the hologram layer 22, and being laminated on a lower side that is the other surface side of the hologram layer 22.
