PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger capable of obtaining satisfactory heat exchanging performance by providing a fin in which unnecessary shape deformation upon molding is suppressed.SOLUTION: When seeing a louver 24 from an air flow direction X1, a louver top end width WDtp becomes narrower as a louver height gets higher, therefore, when respective louver molding cutting blades for molding a roller respectively come into contact with fin material and, for example, the fin 14 is molded by roller molding, a deviation between contacting timings is reduced. Therefore, a radiator can provide such a fin that, for example, unnecessary shape deformation upon the roller molding is suppressed and, as the result, satisfactory heat exchange performance can be obtained. |
