PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To self-diagnose an abnormality of a transmission system circuit and perform a readjustment under abnormal conditions.SOLUTION: A radio terminal device includes a transmission system circuit that performs radio transmission by converting data on an internal code to a radio signal, and a reception system circuit that receives the radio signal to convert it to reception data on the internal code and that performs a readjustment of the transmission system circuit by diagnosing an abnormality of the transmission system circuit on the basis of output of the transmission system circuit during self-diagnosis.
