<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce residual stress by improving a heat distribution of an insulator layer embedded with an electric part and achieve weight saving.SOLUTION: A resin cast article consists of a main insulation part 1a and an external connection insulation part which is connected to the main insulation part 1a and has a creepage insulation part 1b and a boundary surface insulation part 1c. The main insulation part 1a consists of an electric member constituting an electric system, e.g. a central conductor 2, a main insulator layer 3 provided on the outer periphery of the electric member with a mold and an earth layer 4 provided on the outer periphery of the main insulator layer 3, and the outer shape of the main insulator layer 3 has a specified thickness of the insulator and is similar to and larger than the outer shape of the electric member.</p> |
