<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a brake diagnostic device of a mechanical press capable of diagnosing an abnormality of brake performance of a mechanical press, etc. while specifying cause to some extent.SOLUTION: A brake diagnostic device for diagnosing presence or absence of an abnormality of a brake of a mechanical press 1 acquires velocity information related to a rotation velocity of a crank shaft 30 and angle information related to a rotation angle of the crank shaft 30, acquires a stop section T (orθ) from an occurrence of a brake operation start command to the stop of the mechanical press 1, separates the stop section T (θ) into an idle running section t1 (θ1) until the brake actually exerts a braking force and a braking section t2 (θ2) until the rotation of the crank shaft 30 is stopped after the idle running section based on the velocity information and the angle information, and diagnoses presence or absence of an abnormality of the brake based on the stop section T (θ), the idle running section t1 (θ1), and the braking section t2 (θ2).</p> |
