PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle door locking-unlocking system capable of achieving both of a size reduction and an improvement of a communication quality.SOLUTION: The vehicle door locking-unlocking system comprises a loop-shaped or spiral coil conductor 22 for performing short-distance radiocommunication and a printed board 20 having a lead-acid battery storage part for storing a lead-acid battery 30. In the printed board 20, the coil conductor and the lead-acid battery storage part are arranged in close proximity to each other such that the magnetic flux radiated from an external antenna so as to pass through the inside of the loop formed of the coil conductor 22, leaks out to the outside of the loop formed of the coil conductor due the lead-acid battery stored in the lead-acid battery storage part, but the printed board 20 includes metallic parts 52 for guiding a magnetic flux trying to leak out to the outside of a loop formed of the coil conductor, to the inside of the loop formed of the coil conductor.
