Provided is a reflective film which reflects light and has gloss like a metal, while having excellent surface smoothness and excellent specular reflection characteristics. A reflective film which contains at least two kinds of thermoplastic resins and has at least one layer having a sea-island structure that is composed of a continuous phase (I) and dispersed phases (II). This reflective film is characterized in that: the average length (L1) in the flow direction and the average length (L2) in the width direction of the dispersed phases (II) are from 0.45μm to 100μm (inclusive); and the average length (L3) of the dispersed phases (II) in the thickness direction is from 0.01μm to 0.45μm (inclusive); the average refractive index difference between a thermoplastic resin (A) that forms the continuous phase (I) and a thermoplastic resin (B) that forms the dispersed phases (II) is 0.05 or more; and the average reflectance of this reflective film is 80% or more for measurement wavelengths of 400-700 nm.
