A friction disc (19) is pressed against a back pressure plate, when the push plate is in engaging position. The friction disc is released from the back pressure plate, when the push plate is in disengaging position. A carrier (32) for an actuator device (29) is attached at a lid (23). A radial portion (38) is arranged at the carrier of the actuator device. A pendulum-like movable attenuation mass portion (43) is mounted at the radial portion. An independent claim is included for a torque transmission unit.
