<p>Provided is a medical instrument that minimizes the backflow of a substance along the outer surface of a tubular body for delivering the substance into living tissue, that makes it possible to reduce damage to the living tissue when inserting the tubular body, and that makes it possible for the tubular body to reach a target site with a high degree of precision. The medical instrument (1) is inserted in a non-lumen area of living tissue in order to deliver a substance into the living tissue and comprises a tubular cannula (10) having a different outer diameter at the tip section and the base end section thereof and a stylet (30) that passes through an inner hole in the cannula (10) and protrudes from the tip side of the cannula (10), that has a solid structure, and that has a leading edge section that is positioned on the central axis.</p> |
